Low season = rest of the year except Easter, Queens Birthday, Labour Weekend and Scallop Festival weekend (late August).
Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%
If a cancellation is made, we will always try to re-book the room. If the room is able to be rebooked then there will be no cancellation fee. If the room is not able to be rebooked then the following may apply for every night booked:
if under 7 days notice : no refund
if 7-14 days notice: 50% refund.
